  Removals/Deportations/Bail/Judicial Review

Has your case been refused without an in-country right of appeal?

These cases can still be challenged by way of Judicial Review. Visas to UK can assist you with assessing the initial merits of your application and then assisting you with the remainder of the Judicial Review process.

If you have been set removal directions or a deportation order, the only way to stop your removal if the Home Office refuses to cancel them is to obtain an injunction from the High Court.

Are you currently stuck in detention?

People who are currently in detention have the right to apply for bail from the Secretary of State or from the Court.

Contact Visas to UK today who can assist you with all of the above.
